Коричневый цвет: Особый вид абсента, для производства которого используются не листья полыни, а ее корни;

Тёмный цвет: Получают при настое на чёрной акации «Катеху»;

Классификация по содержанию «Туйона»

Абсент без использования «Туйона» (Как правило это настойки, имитирующие напиток Абсент – Absente, Logan Fils);

Абсент с низким содержанием «Туйона» от 1.5 до 10 мг/л (практически все Европейские абсенты);

Абсент со средним содержанием «Туйона» от 10 до 35 мг/л (швейцарские абсенты: Toulouse Lautrec/чешские абсенты: Ansinth 35, Absinthe Bittle);

Абсент с высоким содержанием «Туйона» от 35 до 100 мг/л (швейцарские абсенты: Swiss La Bleue/чешские абсенты: Logan 100, King of Spirits);

P.S. Существуют строгие правила, ограничивающие применение количества содержания «Туйона» в различных продуктах. Экстракт горькой полыни – обладает сильным психотропным действием, в связи с чем, люди под влиянием «абсента» могут галлюцинировать и вподать в состаяние изменения сознания.

Ликеры/Liqueur

Классификация ликеров

Крепкие: 35—45% спирта/30—50% сахара: В чистом виде употребляют из маленьких рюмок, также добаляют в кофе и чай. Наиболее известные бренды: Бенедиктин, Куантро, Самбука, Бехеровка;

Десертные: 25—30%/25—30% сахара: В чистом виде подается как дижестив вместе со сладкими блюдами (мороженое, шоколад, фрукты). Отличаются ярко-выраженным ароматом. Наиболее известные бренды: Амаретто, Кюросао, Адвокаат, Шамбор;

Ликёры – Кремы: 15—23% спирта/50—60% сахара; Кремовые ликеры пьют со льдом из бокалов для виски. Как и другие виды ликёров применяются для рецептурного создания коктейлей. Наиболее известные бренды: Бейлиз, Шеридан, Милвуд;

Также классифицируют ликёры и по вкусовым ингредиентам

Например: Трипл Сек – незаменимый ликер в баре (cпиртовый настой на цедре сладкого апельсина и горького померанца). Наиболее известные бренды ликеров: Каhlua, Cointreau, Monin, Curacao.

Ликером может считаться алкогольный продукт не ниже 15% алкоголя и более.

In an Absinthe glassor a short parfait glass
1 oz Absinthe
Place Absinthe spoon holding sugar cube over glass,
Slowly drip 3 oz cold water over sugar to melt into drink.
 
 
ABSINTHE DRIP COCTAIL (reworked)
Place Absinthe spoon holding sugar cube over Absinthe glass or
short parfait glass.
Slowly pour 1 1/2 oz Absinthe over sugar.
Ignite the sugar, drip 3 oz cold water over sugar
to extinguish and then melt sugar into drink.
NOTE: This is untraditional and not the proper recipe for
someone expecting ABSINTHE DRIP COCTAIL, but it is cool.

In blender:
1/2 cup of ice
2 oz Vodka
1/2 fresh ripe banana
1 tsp Honey
Dash of fresh Lime Juice
Blend until smooth.
if too thick, add fruit…
if too thin, add ice…
Garnish with banana.
 
 
ANTI – FREEZE
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Creme de Menthe or
Melon Liqueur
Shake.
Strain into short glass.
 
 
ANTIOXIDANT MARTINI (martini glass)

1/2 tsp unrefined sugar
Heaping tsp Fresh Berries:
(blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
Juice of medium Lemon
Muddle well.
3 oz Blueberry Vodka
1/2 oz Pomegranate Liqueur
1/2 oz Acai Juice
Shake.
Strain into a chilled glass.

1/2 oz Light Rum
